Manager, Sales Transaction Support
Job Summary
The Manager of Sales Transaction Support plays a pivotal role in achieving strategic objectives, ensuring the sales organization meets quarterly financial goals.
Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Assist Sales Management in identifying and resolving process bottlenecks to enhance efficiency
- Implement and support company initiatives like new product launches and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with global peers to establish best practices and standardize processes
- Ensure team compliance with SOX regulations and maintain data integrity in CRM systems
Reporting & Business Analysis
- Manage transactional support reporting and create dashboards
- Design and implement dashboards for operational insight into transactional performance
- Monitor dashboards to identify trends and take corrective actions to meet KPIs
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for system and workflow enhancements at the regional level
- Leverage staff to drive improvements and share best practices across regions
- Apply process improvement methodologies to streamline existing processes
People Management
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure team success
- Accountable for direct report performance and outcomes
- Responsible for all aspects of employee management including hiring, compensation, and development
- Ensure workload balance and drive employee engagement strategies

Qualifications
- Preferred 7+ years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
