Il Ruolo

La figura ricercata, riportando al Direttore Vendite, sarà responsabile di guidare e sviluppare le attività commerciali dell'azienda per le regioni Emilia-Romagna e Toscana, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita, la crescita del mercato e il mantenimento delle relazioni con i clienti. In particolare, si occuperà di: Identificare opportunità per far crescere il mercato, analizzare la concorrenza e implementare strategie per espandere la presenza del marchio nelle regioni di competenza; Svolgere visite di promozione e relazione con nuovi/esistenti clienti (mobilieri e centri cucina); Costruire relazioni solide con i clienti chiave ma anche opinion leader quali architetti, interior designer, per garantire una comprensione approfondita delle esigenze del mercato; Sviluppare e implementare, insieme al Direttore Vendite, piani di vendita efficaci, monitorando le performance e adattando le strategie in base alle esigenze del mercato; Effettuare costanti analisi actual vs budget e suggerire eventuali correttivi ove necessari; Fornire report sulla situazione del mercato, sulle tendenze e sugli sviluppi del settore; Mantenere rapporti con l'ufficio marketing, amministrativo e logistica; Presidiare costantemente la propria area di competenza; Partecipare alle principali fiere / eventi del settore (con relativa flessibilità). I Requisiti Il/La candidato/a ideale è un profilo con forte propensione al business development; Esperienza comprovata nel ruolo di vendita o posizione simile, preferibilmente nel settore degli accessori/componenti verso mobilieri/centri cucina; Laurea o cultura equivalente; Forte comprensione del mercato e delle dinamiche commerciali; Attitudine a sviluppare nuovi contatti/clienti, forte attitudine commerciale e good standing; Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e relazione interpersonale; Orientamento al risultato e capacità di raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita; Sapere utilizzare i principali sistemi /strumenti informatici; Conoscenza della lingua inglese; Disponibilità a viaggiare.
