About the Role

SITA is seeking a highly skilled Account Representative to join our Americas Sales Team. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of Tier 4 customers for new business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Act as the ultimate owner of the customer relationship, focused on building customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Sales and Business Development: Uncover opportunities and close business in the Tier 4 segment.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build strong client relationships, becoming their trusted advisor and ensuring loyalty.
  • Needs Analysis: Understand customer needs to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Presentation and Communication: Present unique insights to reshape customer perspectives and align with their priorities.
  • Sales Pipeline Growth: Grow the sales pipeline by converting qualified marketing leads into sales opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer requests and ensure timely delivery of agreed services.
  • Account Status Monitoring: Monitor account status and resolve commercial, delivery, and operational issues.
  • Compliance and Cash Collection: Ensure compliance and support cash collection by addressing any payment-related issues.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in building and managing client relationships at the managerial level.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Business Development: Successful experience in business development and managing sales pipelines.
  • Account Development Planning: Skilled in executing account development plans.
  • B2B Business Models: Strong understanding of B2B business models.
  • Sales, Negotiation, and Consultation Skills: Solid sales, negotiation, and consultation skills.
  • Geographic and Sector Knowledge: Familiar with business dynamics in the relevant geography or sector.
  • Competitor Knowledge: Knowledge of competitors' business models, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Account Development Planning and Management Methodology: Expertise in account development planning and management methodology.
  • Financial and Commercial Acumen: Strong financial and commercial acumen, with a basic understanding of contract structures and legal aspects.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
