We are seeking experienced Sales Managers to join the team of the leading online slots provider company, that is dedicated to delivering innovative and engaging gaming experiences to their customers worldwide.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to expand our presence in the LATAM market, acquiring new clients, and maintaining existing relationships.

Required skills:

  • Experience with B2B sales for at least 3 years.
  • Experience with iGaming, Gambling, Forex, or Ecommerce for at least 1 year.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong existing network of connections in LATAM.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English; Portuguese language skills are a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the LATAM region for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand our presence in the LATAM market, with a focus on acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships.
  • Utilize your existing network and industry knowledge to identify and pursue highpotential leads in the region.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and initial contact to negotiation, contract signing, and postsales support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as account management, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless and successful client experience.
  • Represent our brand at industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and establish connections with potential clients.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular and comprehensive updates to direct supervisors, including progress reports, sales forecasts, and market insights, to support informed decisionmaking and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
