Clinical Application Specialist

Your role:
⢠Promote Philips Healthcare solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows
⢠Train customers in applying optimal usage of the equipment delivered enabling users to follow clinical procedures and protocols to achieve best practice
⢠Train / re-train hospital staff in case of new releases, upgrade and / or versions (changes) in the operating procedures of the equipment
⢠Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and the customer satisfaction
⢠Be aware and to manage at all times the safety standards required by the company, including radiation 
protection, health and safety regulations
⢠Support product launches and advise the sales team of market feedback
⢠Keep up to date with new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant equipment
⢠Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up 
relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner
⢠Supporting the business with input on configurations and working with the Account Manager to provide clinical 
feedback to assist in funnel management
⢠Deliver engaging Clinical ultrasound solutions, education, and training

Youâre the right fit if:

â¢You have acquired a Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate studies in General Imaging or Cardiovascular Sonography are required as well as in-depth clinical experience within a public and/or private medical imaging department

â¢You have 4-5 years' experience in Clinical Ultrasound

â¢You have experience with Advanced Imaging technologies or cardiac catheterization/hybrid labs highly regarded

â¢You have previous experience in presentations and training or experience within a commercial environment will be high regarded

â¢You have outstanding relationship building and communication skills

⢠You have high levels of motivation, energy, and a drive to achieve results

â¢You desire to be in a commercially focused clinical role, partnering the business

⢠You are fluent in English and Spanish languages, both verbal and written

⢠You have willingness to travel extensively
