Monks is on the lookout for an Analyst of Health, Well-being and Safety (Analista de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo y Bienestar) for our Human Resources team in Colombia. 

Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and execute the annual SG SST system for our internal team. Review and update the “SGSST” plan documentation. Maintain updated data and indicators of workplace incidents/accidents. Maintain updated absenteeism indicators. Establish relationships with ARL and negotiate support for system implementation. Review and keep the Risk Matrix updated. Coordinate legal matrix review activities. Manage induction and re-induction processes. Define responsibilities of SGSST for executives, middle management, and operational staff. Annual accountability reporting. Manage occupational medical exams matrix. Conduct workplace inspections and report risks or hazards - Water, Energy savings programs, and proper waste disposal Lead meetings with management to demonstrate system progress, work plan execution, and compliance with policies and regulations. Maintain documentation control for the system, ensuring quality standards and reliable information management for the organization. Update documents and assist in creating new documents, formats, and/or procedures as needed. Lead meetings with ARL, government entities, clients, and other required parties. Lead audits and validations with ARL and external entities. Establish indicators according to RESOLUTION 0312 OF 2019 and present them in meetings with COPASST and management. Foster collaborative working relationships with the SGSST professional at Zemoga SAS. Manage committees, ensuring member compliance, conducting calls and minutes, document management, and signatures: COPASSTCoexistence CommitteeEmergency Brigade Execute training schedules related to each committee and the general population. Create agreements with health providers. Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with legal labor safety requirements and that all employees have the necessary work tools, experience, and training. Monitor workplace accidents/incidents, occupational diseases, or general illnesses with medical leave certificates exceeding 15 days. Manage and track entry, annual, and exit medical exams. Control, map, and provide personal protective equipment (PPE) according to team needs. Collaborate with the emergency brigade to develop emergency plans, organize evacuation drills, signage, and other related activities. Continuously evaluate compliance with legal requirements and promptly alert about necessary preventive actions, plan changes, or impact plans due to rate reductions. Analyze any rate reductions and generate processes or protocols to prevent future reductions. Support ARL in the annual plan evaluation, ensuring compliance with at least minimum legal requirements. Keep updated and accessible sociodemographic information of all employees based in Colombia. Report workplace accidents to ARL and report internal incidents to SGSST. Follow up on restrictions or recommendations from occupational or post-occupational medical exams and notify HRBP for communication with relevant areas/disciplines. Follow up on medical recommendations from medical exams or post-disability and occupational illness. Coordinate the annual evaluation of job positions, design the execution plan based on results, and work with relevant areas on plan execution. Design, execute, and monitor various management system programs: Psychosocial, Musculoskeletal, and Cardiovascular or healthy lifestyle programs. Coordinate the implementation of the Psychosocial Risk Battery and follow-up. Coordinate annual medical exams. Validate and combine general wellbeing initiatives that can count as one of the SGSST plan requirements (i.e., healthy living activities). Support any specific needs arising from exceptional situations such as pandemics, local health issues, etc. Conduct active breaks in the Bogotá office and virtual breaks for other cities. Create content focused on worker care. Maintain and improve the % of implementation of minimum standards before ARL. Comply with all corporate policies and processes.

Requirements:

Valid Occupational Health and Safety License, 50-hour course. Knowledge of Resolution 0312 of 2019 and Decree 1072 of 2015 Interest in Well-being topics and future growth in HR

Responsabilidades:

Diseñar, planificar y ejecutar el sistema SG SST anual para nuestro equipo interno. Revisar y actualizar la documentación del plan “SGSST”. Mantener datos actualizados e indicadores de incidentes/accidentes laborales. Mantener indicadores de absentismo actualizados. Establecer relaciones con ARL y negociar apoyo para la implementación del sistema. Revisar y mantener actualizada la Matriz de Riesgos. Coordinar actividades de revisión de la matriz legal. Gestionar procesos de inducción y reinducción. Definir responsabilidades del SGSST para ejecutivos, mandos intermedios y personal operativo. Reportes de rendición de cuentas anuales. Gestionar la matriz de exámenes médicos ocupacionales. Realizar inspecciones laborales y reportar riesgos o peligros relacionados con agua, programas de ahorro de energía y adecuada disposición de residuos. Dirigir reuniones con la dirección para demostrar el progreso del sistema, ejecución del plan de trabajo y cumplimiento de políticas y regulaciones. Mantener el control de documentación del sistema, asegurando estándares de calidad y gestión de información confiable para la organización. Actualizar documentos y asistir en la creación de nuevos documentos, formatos y/o procedimientos según sea necesario. Dirigir reuniones con ARL, entidades gubernamentales, clientes y otras partes requeridas. Realizar auditorías y validaciones con ARL y entidades externas. Establecer indicadores de acuerdo con la RESOLUCIÓN 0312 DE 2019 y presentarlos en reuniones con COPASST y la dirección. Fomentar relaciones de trabajo colaborativas con el profesional de SGSST en Zemoga SAS. Gestionar comités, asegurando el cumplimiento de los miembros, realizando convocatorias y actas, gestión de documentos y firmas: COPASSTComité de ConvivenciaBrigada de Emergencia Ejecutar cronogramas de capacitación relacionados con cada comité y la población general. Crear acuerdos con proveedores de salud. Supervisar contratistas para asegurar el cumplimiento con los requisitos legales de seguridad laboral y que todos los empleados cuenten con herramientas de trabajo, experiencia y entrenamiento necesarios. Monitorear accidentes/incidentes laborales, enfermedades ocupacionales o enfermedades generales con certificados de incapacitación médica que superen los 15 días. Gestionar y realizar un seguimiento de los exámenes médicos de ingreso, anuales y de salida. Controlar, mapear y proporcionar equipos de protección personal (EPP) según las necesidades del equipo. Colaborar con la brigada de emergencia para desarrollar planes de emergencia, organizar simulacros de evacuación, señalización y otras actividades relacionadas. Evaluar continuamente el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y alertar de manera oportuna sobre acciones preventivas necesarias, cambios en los planes o planes de impacto debido a reducciones de tarifas. Analizar cualquier reducción de tarifas y generar procesos o protocolos para prevenir futuras reducciones. Apoyar a la ARL en la evaluación del plan anual, asegurando el cumplimiento de al menos los requisitos legales mínimos. Mantener información sociodemográfica actualizada y accesible de todos los empleados basados en Colombia. Reportar accidentes laborales a la ARL e incidentes internos al SGSST. Dar seguimiento a restricciones o recomendaciones de exámenes médicos ocupacionales o post-ocupacionales y notificar a HRBP para la comunicación con las áreas/disciplines relevantes. Dar seguimiento a las recomendaciones médicas de exámenes médicos o post-discapacidad y enfermedades ocupacionales. Coordinar la evaluación anual de los puestos de trabajo, diseñar el plan de ejecución basado en los resultados y trabajar con las áreas relevantes en la ejecución del plan. Diseñar, ejecutar y supervisar diversos programas de sistemas de gestión: Psicosocial, Musculoesquelético y programas de estilo de vida saludable. Coordinar la implementación de la Batería de Riesgo Psicosocial y su seguimiento. Coordinar exámenes médicos anuales. Validar y combinar iniciativas de bienestar general que puedan contar como uno de los requisitos del plan SGSST (es decir, actividades de vida saludable). Apoyar en necesidades específicas que surjan de situaciones excepcionales como pandemias, problemas de salud locales, etc. Realizar pausas activas en la oficina de Bogotá y pausas virtuales para otras ciudades. Crear contenido enfocado en el cuidado de los trabajadores. Mantener y mejorar el % de implementación de estándares mínimos ante la ARL. Cumplir con todas las políticas y procesos corporativos.

Requisitos:

Licencia válida en Salud Ocupacional y Seguridad, curso de 50 horas. Conocimientos sobre la Resolución 0312 de 2019 y el Decreto 1072 de 2015. Interés en temas de bienestar y crecimiento futuro en Recursos Humanos.
