About the Role

The P&C Generalist will be accountable for the following key responsibilities:

  1. Employee Experience
  • Ensure a seamless employee experience throughout the entire work cycle, from pre-hiring to end of employment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
Talent Management
  • Coordinate and execute talent acquisition, total rewards, talent management, global mobility, and other HR processes and initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and counsel to local and global management on employee matters.
Health, Safety, and Wellness
  • Plan and execute the Health and Safety Program (SGSST) to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement wellness, teambuilding, and socialization activities to promote employee well-being.
Reporting and Analytics
  • Create ad hoc reports, presentations, and information to support business decisions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data in Workday.
Other Responsibilities
  • Manage the SENA apprenticeship program for the company.
  • Participate in P&C projects and initiatives.
  • Support training logistics and oversee the completion of surveys.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced P&C Generalist who possesses the following qualifications:

  1. Education and Experience
  • Professional degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
Skills and Competencies
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on and results-driven approach.
