Renowned company in the technology sector is seeking an IT Sales Director Assistant in Puerto Rico who will provide extensive support to senior sales leadership and the Sales Team, enhancing sales operations and productivity.

What will you do in this position?

  • Assist the Sales Director and Sales Team in daily operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordinate sales team activities and agendas, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze sales data to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Organize and manage sales events, training sessions, and conferences.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.

What should you have previously?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Secretarial Science, or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience as an IT Sales Director Assistant or Sales Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems (AutoTask, Trello, or CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot). Plus*
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable team player.
