The Job

Our client seeks a Sales Specialist to join our team in Manizales, Colombia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling nucleus colonies (nucs), honey and finding new customers in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell nucleus colonies (nucs) and honey to new and existing customers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials

The Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
  • Experience in the agriculture industry is mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English and Spanish to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
