Descripción del empleo

En Digitas Bogotá/Colombia estamos en búsqueda de nuestro Social Media Manager : Ejecutivo de cuenta con enfoque en digital y social media con más de 4 años de experiencia en Agencias de Publicidad, o negocios digitales, trabajando en manejo de equipos y proyectos, organización de tiempos, estrategia de contenido y Social Media. Debe tener una alta atención al detalle, organización, inteligencia emocional, y habilidades comunicativas sobresalientes.

Responsabilidades: 

Interpretar datos y métricas de rendimiento de campañas digitales utilizando herramientas como Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, fanpagekarma, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social y otras plataformas de análisis de datos. Debe articular una estrategia digital y específicamente en Social media para aportar en los objetivos de comunicación de las marcas. Elevar la estrategia de social media y garantizar la ejecución, guiando al equipo de la marca y de la agencia , estableciendo: best practices, recomendaciones a partir del análisis de competidores y benchmark, identificación de características y funcionamiento de cada plataforma social y entendiendo el comportamiento de las audiencias actuales y potenciales de la marca. Capacidad para ajustarse rápidamente a nuevas tendencias y cambios en el entorno digital. Capacidad para comunicar ideas y estrategias de manera clara y efectiva tanto de manera verbal como escrita Participar en procesos estratégicos de redes sociales de las campañas, mantener comunicación constante y coordinar actividades con el equipo creativo y otras áreas involucradas, relacionamiento directo con cliente (recibir brief, presentaciones, negociaciones). Activar los diferentes equipos con la finalidad de identificar y captar tendencias culturales y de real time, generando recomendaciones estratégicas y de contenido para ser relevantes, capitalizando las que sean de valor para la marca. Estará encargado de garantizar el cumplimiento de los tiempos definidos para cada proyecto dentro de cuentas digitales y asegurar que éstos se encuentren dentro de los estándares definidos por el cliente y el equipo de trabajo interno de la cuenta.
