Opportunity Overview: In the role of a Creative Partnership Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting innovative ideas and engaging content tailored for various social media platforms from a strategic perspective. This position involves partnering with a leading entertainment and editorial company to enhance their marketing initiatives across LATAM. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate compelling and creative content aligned with platform objectives.
  • Create engaging text, imagery, and video content for social media channels.
  • Analyze data and reports to derive insights for crafting captivating content.
  • Develop content strategies, establish content pillars, and create social media playgrounds.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategic teams to brainstorm innovative ideas from a social media perspective.
  • Design social media calendars for extensive multi-platform campaigns.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital technology.
  • Monitor social platforms and real-time trends to inspire new ideas and campaign proposals.
  • Adapt global marketing assets to fit local contexts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, arts, communication, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Copywriter or Art Designer in social media-focused roles.
  • Familiarity with metrics, tools, and digital reporting.
  • Understanding of media plans and social platforms, including audience engagement and both organic and paid formats.
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Awareness of pop culture, current series, films, and social media discussions.
  • Proficient in English communication (intermediate to advanced).
  • Up-to-date with trends and innovative content formats.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Experience in developing creative presentations.
