Be part of our client’s team as a Social Media Manager, where you’ll develop and implement digital strategies, create compelling content, and manage online communities. Commanding the Digital Stage: Responsibilities That Lead to Success

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to achieve business goals and enhance online visibility.
  • Create and oversee social media content calendars to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
  • Monitor industry trends, tools, and applications to optimize social media presence and content.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality, engaging, and original content, including graphics, videos, and blogs.
  • Write, edit, and proofread social media posts to ensure they are on-brand and resonate with the target audience.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and ROI.
  • Provide regular reports to management on social media performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance social media strategies.

Community Management:

  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key influencers and stakeholders in the industry.
  • Foster a positive online community by encouraging user-generated content and managing potential issues or crises effectively.

Requirements

Tools of the Trade: Skills and Experience

  • English Level: C1 - C2.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
