We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at Emapta Latam. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Digital Strategies: Create and execute social media plans to achieve business objectives and increase online visibility.
  • Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality, engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blogs.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and ROI.
  • Community Management: Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • English Level: C1 - C2.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the IT or technology sector.

  • Excellent Writing and Communication Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
