Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Social Media Manager and Content Strategist with a robust background in marketing. This dual role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage social media strategies and provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team, ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the companys goals.
  • Create engaging content for various social platforms, including scheduling and analyzing social media posts.
  • Monitor analytics to gauge the success of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Executive Assistance:

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, arranging travel, and processing expense reports.
  • Assist with project management by coordinating with other team members and ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Act as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong portfolio of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in an executive assistant role or similar administrative support role.
  • Excellent command of various social media platforms including content management systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
