Reportando al Director de Soporte y Mantenimiento LATAM, tus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Supervisar la prestación de servicios de soporte técnico, asegurando el cumplimiento de los SLA acordados con los clientes.
  • Coordinar la interacción entre los equipos de soporte en diferentes países para mantener la calidad del servicio.
  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para la mejora continua y la eficiencia operativa en el soporte técnico.
  • Gestionar los recursos técnicos y humanos necesarios para la operación eficiente de los sistemas.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Electrónica, o áreas afines, con estudios avanzados en gestión o administración.
  • Más de 10 años de experiencia en roles de soporte técnico, con al menos 3 años liderando equipos.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en tecnologías de la información, incluyendo bases de datos y sistemas operativos.
  • Habilidad para manejar múltiples proyectos y coordinar equipos en un entorno multicultural.
