Technical Support and TrainingProvide third-level technical support to our distributors, including on-site installations, diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex instruments and systems. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure our distributors have the necessary skills to perform routine technical repairs and maintenance.
Customer Liaison and Relationship BuildingServe as a liaison between our company and our distributors, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication. Collaborate with our sales team to resolve customer issues and provide support.
Regulatory Compliance and Quality AssuranceEnsure compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies, policies, procedures, and work instructions. Maintain accurate records and ensure that our services meet the highest quality standards.
Requirements- Experience and Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the healthcare sector. Experience in people management and technical service department leadership is highly desirable.
Education and SkillsHighly desirable MBA or similar business-related degree. Strong knowledge of networking, automation, and laboratory environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
