About Us:

Deducto is assisting a US-based translation and localization company in finding a talented sales professional. Our partner company specializes in helping businesses bridge language barriers and succeed in the global market. As they expand their reach, they are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join their team in Barranquilla.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Representative to help bring new clients from the US market. The successful candidate will work onsite in our Barranquilla office, focusing on calling prospective clients, and convincing them to book meetings with our partner company's experts. The leads will be provided by the company, so there is no need to generate new leads.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
  • Articulate the value of the translation and localization services offered by our partner company.
  • Convince potential clients to schedule meetings with their language experts.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor always.
  • Track and report on sales activities and results.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Perfect English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly over the phone.
  • CRM Experience: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred, especially HubSpot.
  • Attributes: Positive thinker with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
