Panagora Group (Panagora) is a small women-owned company specializing in global health and international development that provides Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning services to the United States Agency for International Development in Colombia – USAID/Colombia through different contracts signed for the execution of activities. Within the framework of its contractual responsibilities, Panagora provides technical and advisory services to facilitate informed decision-making on the management of USAID/Colombia Activities, shape the long-term strategic and programmatic direction of the Mission, and enable USAID/Colombia to comply with the USAID Automated Guidelines System (ADS) 201 Evaluation Policy.

Panagora is looking for a professional with experience in Qualitative Analysis to support and manage the transcription and coding processes that are part of the exercise of collecting and analyzing qualitative information from the evaluations and research carried out by Panagora Group SAS within the framework of the execution of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Short-Term Learning Activity – MELSA.
The following are the key responsibilities and requirements for the position.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the processes of qualitative data processing, transcription and coding required by the different evaluations and investigations carried out by Panagora Group SAS within the framework of MELSA execution.
Coordinate with Panagora's technical teams the needs of processing qualitative information and manage the transcription and coding teams to meet the needs with the opportunity and according to the schedules established by Panagora.
Train and provide technical support to qualitative information processing teams, qualitative researchers and technical teams in the methodological design and development of instruments, consistency matrices and project analysis plans, as well as in the development of related activities that are necessary.
Support the production process of analytical reports that include the preparation of books of analysis categories, data visualization, among others, based on the descriptive reports provided by specialized software.
Manage the storage process of the different deliverables and qualitative analysis products received by the transcription and coding teams.

Panagora busca un profesional con experiencia en Análisis Cualitativo que apoye y gestione los procesos de transcripción y codificación que hacen parte del ejercicio de recolección y análisis de la información cualitativa de las evaluaciones e investigaciones que realiza Panagora Group SAS en el marco de ejecución de la Actividad Monitoreo, Evaluación y Aprendizaje de Corto Plazo – MELSA.
Las siguientes son las responsabilidades y requerimientos claves para la posición.
Responsabilidades:
Coordinar los procesos de procesamiento de datos cualitativos, transcripciones y codificaciones que requieran las diferentes evaluaciones e investigaciones que adelante Panagora Group SAS en el marco de ejecución de MELSA.
Coordinar con los equipos técnicos de Panagora las necesidades de procesamiento de información cualitativa y gestionar los equipos de transcripción y codificación para atender las necesidades con la oportunidad y de acuerdo con los cronogramas establecidos por Panagora.
Capacitar y brindar soporte técnico a los equipos de procesamiento de información cualitativa, investigadores cualitativos y equipos técnicos en el diseño metodológico y elaboración de instrumentos, matrices de consistencia y planes de análisis de los proyectos, así como en el desarrollo de las actividades conexas que sean necesarias.
Apoyar el proceso de producción de reportes analíticos que incluyan la elaboración de libros de categorías de análisis, visualización de datos, entre otros, a partir de los informes descriptivos que proveen los software especializados.
Gestionar el proceso de almacenamiento de los diferentes entregables y productos de análisis cualitativo recibidos por los equipos de transcripción y codificación.
