About the role
As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for the quality of the team's technical deliverables, establishing a technical vision with the development team, and working with developers to turn that vision into reality.
What you will do
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the front-end development team. Design and participate in the architecture for front-endapplications for scalability and performance. Lead front-enddevelopment efforts, ensuring clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. Mentor Junior, Standard & Senior Developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards. Evaluate and recommend front-end technologies and tools to optimize development processes. Create and maintaintechnical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives in front-end development practices. Lead hybrid application development using React, ensuring applications are fast, efficient, and responsive. Foster innovation and continuous improvement by staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development. Ensure the implementation of unit tests and functional tests to guarantee the correctness and quality of the code. Implement basic security in front-end applications to protect data and functionality. Develop and implement Micro front-end Architecture to enhance modularity and scalability of applications. Adopt and promote Continuous Deployment philosophy to ensure fast and reliable software delivery, closely collaborating with DevOps teams.
What you need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience with front-end programming languages . Minimum 2 years of leadership experience . Intermediate/advanced English level Advanced knowledge in JavaScript, Angular, React, CSS, and HTML . Knowledge of frameworks like React Native, Ionic, Flutter, Apache - Cordova, and Xamarin . Knowledge of micro frontendarchitecture and its future implementation. Familiarity with Continuous Deployment and DevOps practices. Experience in Hybrid Application Development using React. Experience in developing and publishing Hybrid or Native Mobile Applications to Google Play and App Store Solid understanding of best practices in software development. Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and root cause analysis of web platform issues. Effective communication skills with developers, management teams, and stakeholders. Exceptionalattentiontodetail, ensuringaccuracy and thoroughness in allaspectsof software development Experience with Playwright is a plus.-
