Your Role and Project Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Business Analyst to become a vital part of our dynamic team, contributing to international projects within the e-commerce domain for a global leader in customer marketing across multiple industries. You will collaborate with a talented group of software developers, concentrating on both internal systems and client-oriented solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend and document their needs, ensuring that requirements are clear and actionable.
  • Analysis and Documentation: Develop detailed analysis artifacts adhering to best practices (BaBOK, ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148, INVEST) and create business solutions utilizing prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Process Modeling: Construct and document process models using notations (BPMN, UML) and tools (e.g., Lucidchart).
  • Database Management: Leverage SQL for data querying and understanding relational databases to inform solution development.
  • API Knowledge: Utilize knowledge of REST API methods and JSON syntax for establishing integrations; familiarity with XML is advantageous.
  • Methodology Application: Implement SDLC concepts and operate within Scrum/Agile/Waterfall methodologies to facilitate project development.
  • Client Communication: Lead daily standups, prioritize the backlog, and maintain effective communication with clients, acting as a proxy product owner when necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure that requirements are effectively translated into high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business/system analysis.
  • In-depth understanding of requirement types and the creation of analysis artifacts following best practices (BaBOK, ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148, INVEST).
  • Proficient in selecting the most suitable techniques for requirement gathering and analysis.
  • Expertise in developing business solutions using prototyping tools (i.e., Figma).
  • Skilled in process modeling with notations (BPMN, UML, etc.) and capable of documenting them using modeling tools (i.e., Lucidchart).
  • Knowledge of SQL for data querying and relational database comprehension.
  • Understanding of REST API methods and experience in establishing integrations, with basic knowledge of JSON syntax (XML knowledge is a plus).
  • Familiarity with SDLC and experience working with Scrum/Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence (Azure DevOps experience is a plus).
