Position Overview: As a Mobile QA Automation Tech Lead, you will oversee a team of QA experts, driving the development and implementation of sophisticated automation strategies. Your responsibilities will include establishing quality standards, leading automation initiatives, and ensuring that testing methodologies align with overall development objectives, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and precision.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in QA Automation.
  • Experience in mobile application testing for both iOS and Android.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies for effective project execution and team collaboration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Design Patterns.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure.
  • Strong background in application security best practices.
  • Proven experience in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
  • Expertise in both back-end and front-end development.
  • Proficient in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Deep understanding of client requirements, evaluating potential benefits and challenges.
  • Advanced knowledge of technology trade-offs.
  • Extensive experience leading client and stakeholder discussions, effectively conveying technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated leadership in team management, task distribution, risk assessment, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
  • Fluent in Spanish and intermediate proficiency in English.
