What you will be doing

As a Customer Service Agent, you are responsible for responding to incoming customer calls for assistance regarding their accounts. Adheres to required policies and procedures. Strong communication, time management, and call management skills.

What skills you will need

Eighteen (18) years of age or older on or before the hire date High School Diploma or equivalent Advanced English (speaking) C1 or C2 Six months prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center Ability to operate multiple computer programs Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment. They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service

Qué habilidades necesitarás

Dieciocho (18) años de edad o más en o antes de la fecha de contratación Diploma de escuela secundaria o su equivalente Inglés avanzado (hablado) C1 o C2 Experiencia previa de seis meses en atención al cliente, preferiblemente en call center Habilidad para operar múltiples programas de computadora Los candidatos calificados se sentirán cómodos en un entorno de múltiples tareas y mucha energía.
