Misión del cargo

Como Renewals Specialist estaras encargado de velar por la renovación de soportes y suscripciones de todo el portafolio vendido en la compañía. Unos meses antes de concluir la vigencia de los contratos, se realiza todo el manejo comercial tanto con el Vendor como con nuestros partners para poder vender y mantener esa base activa en todos los clientes finales. Este negocio representa hoy el 30% del numero total de la compañía.

Responsabilidad (Qué hace)

Generar órdenes de compras y cotizaciones de forma proactiva a clientes.

Generar órdenes de compras y cotizaciones correspondiente a requerimientos del partner (no proactiva) ajustados a sus necesidades y tiempos.

Atención y gestión de la relación con canales y fabricantes.

Trabajo de la mano con el área de marketing para lograr mayor visibilidad en el envío de las ofertas.

Alineación a las políticas establecidas por el área comercial.

Acciones (Cómo lo hace)

Diseñar una agenda o cronograma de fechas de próximas renovaciones para el envío y seguimiento de órdenes de compras y cotizaciones.

Atender el requerimiento de cotización o de compra en el menor tiempo posible.

Atención a canales y fabricantes vía mail y telefónica para la gestión administrativa de la renovaciones, asesoría oportuna al canal para satisfacer sus necesidades.

Elaboración y divulgación de un plan de marketing tanto a cliente interno (área comercial) como a cliente externo (fabricante).

Envió de ofertas usando el margen establecido por cada unidad de negocio. Divulgación de un forecast periódico al área comercial.

Resultado final (Para qué)

Garantizar el cierre de ventas vía renovaciones de productos o licencias.

Lograr el cierre de ventas vía renovaciones de productos o licencias.

Fidelización de clientes y fabricantes garantizando una excelente experiencia de servicio.

Lograr revenue y gross profit ajustados a las necesidades de la unidad de negocio.

Requisitos

Nivel académico requerido: Profesional (DESEABLE).

Carrera: Ingeniería, Comercial, Administración o afines (DESEABLE).

Posgrado: No aplica.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos: Experiencia técnica y/o comercial en fabricante, Distribuidor o partner (DESEABLE) - Técnicas de ventas - Servicio al cliente (INDISPENSABLE).

Idioma: Inglés - Básico (DESEABLE).

Años de experiencia total: Mínimo 1 año - Máximo 5 años.

Área de experiencia deseable (cargos ocupados, áreas, rol): Renovaciones, ejecutiva de cuentas, Call center, Servicio al cliente .

Años Experiencia el Cargo: Mínimo 1 año - Máximo 2 años.

Sector deseable: Tecnología.

Conocimientos o habilidades: Manejo avanzado paquete office - Ventas de productos - Habilidades en matemáticas.
