El Renewal Specialist – CCA (Caribean Central America) es el encargado de velar por la renovación de soportes y suscripciones de todo el portafolio vendido en la compañía.
Unos meses antes de concluir la vigencia de los contratos, se realiza todo el manejo comercial tanto con el Vendor como con nuestros Partners para poder vender y mantener esa base activa en todos los clientes finales.
Este negocio representa hoy el 30% del número total de la compañía.
Lleva tu carrera al siguiente nivel como Renewal Specialist - CCA.
Lo que harás:- Generar órdenes de compras y cotizaciones de forma proactiva a clientes.
- Diseñar una agenda o cronograma de fechas de próximas renovaciones para el envío y seguimiento de órdenes de compras y cotizaciones.
- Generar órdenes de compras y cotizaciones correspondiente a requerimientos del Partner ajustados a sus necesidades y tiempos.
- Atender el requerimiento de cotización o de compra en el menor tiempo posible.
- Lograr el cierre de ventas vía renovaciones de productos o licencias.
- Atención y gestión de la relación con canales y fabricantes.
- Fidelización de clientes y fabricantes garantizando una excelente experiencia de servicio.
- Trabajo de la mano con el área de marketing para lograr mayor visibilidad en el envío de las ofertas.
- Realizar tareas adicionales según lo asignado
- Cumplir con los estándares de asistencia y puntualidad.
- Nivel académico requerido: Profesional (DESEABLE).
- Conocimientos técnicos requeridos: Técnicas de ventas - Servicio al cliente (INDISPENSABLE).
- Años de experiencia total: Mínimo 1 año
- Área de experiencia deseable (cargos ocupados, áreas, rol): Renovaciones, ejecutiva de cuentas, Call center, Servicio al cliente.
- Años Experiencia el Cargo: Mínimo 1 año - Máximo 2 años.
- Conocimientos o habilidades: Manejo avanzado paquete office - Ventas de productos - Habilidades en matemáticas.
- Dominio idioma Inglés (Verbal y Escrito - Nivel B2).
- Competencias: Orientación a los resultados - Comunicación - Impacto e influencia comercial – Proactividad Capacidad de organización, Estructuración.
- Bachillerato Universitario en Administración de Negocios con preferencia en Ventas/Marketing.
- Entorno profesional.
- Horas de trabajo no estándar, según lo requiera el negocio.
