Dar seguimiento a los especialistas premium de ONB a FAR a traves de llamadas y capacitarlos mensualmente incentivando el uso de las herramientas de la plataforma. (Virtual o presencialmente )

Requisitos

Orientación a resultados Experiencia mínima de 1 año en el área comercial Experiencia mínima de 1 año en servicio al cliente Conocimiento en capacitación al cliente en plataformas y uso de servicios Capacidad de mantener contacto con la cartera asignada Conocimiento en protocolos de PQR y servicio al cliente Idealmente, conocimiento en herramientas para garantizar un proceso de calidad constante (HUBSPOT - AIRCALL - MEET- MOVIL CORPORATIVO) Capacidad de cumplir con los objetivos semanales y mensuales establecidos por la compañía Orientado a excelencia operativa.
