Overview
The Client Success Specialist (CSS) plays a pivotal role in fostering relationships with both new and existing clients by effectively managing their integration into our software solutions. This position involves delivering technical assistance, customer support, and user training to ensure optimal utilization of the application. Quorum Software is renowned for its superior customer service, and we seek a candidate who is not only technically proficient but also possesses outstanding communication skills, project management experience, and a solid understanding of the upstream oil and gas sector. The CSS is tasked with client consulting, onboarding new customers, technical troubleshooting, and training new users.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and customer support by addressing issues via phone and support portal. Conduct training sessions for new users and offer guidance on best practices. Transition new clients from onboarding to becoming advocates who contribute additional value through referrals and collaborative initiatives.
- Adhere to and enhance existing processes and procedures for onboarding new clients.
- Relay customer feedback to the product and development teams regarding feature requests and product enhancements. Engage in Quality Assurance testing for new software releases and data import projects.
- Maintain accurate records of time spent, documented client interactions, and identified risks within the company CRM system.
- Prioritize support and development tasks while managing time effectively. Implement necessary actions to retain clients. Configure the application as needed.
- Collaborate with Land Team members, Outsourced Development Teams, and Clients.
- Address client issues related to the software product.
- Oversee all resources necessary for the successful maintenance and growth of the business.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience in software product support, development, testing, or implementation.
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions (including VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, IF).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building productive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Logical thinker with a proactive approach.
- Energetic and customer-focused, responding promptly to client needs and seeking feedback for service improvement.
- Demonstrates maturity and sound judgment.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service and Application Support.
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL).
- Over 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with a comprehensive understanding of upstream operations.
Additional Details
- Background Check: The selected candidate will be required to complete various clearances, including Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver's License Verification, and Passport/ID validation.
- Visa Sponsorship: Candidates must have employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Colombia, as the company will not provide visa sponsorship for this role. The successful candidate must ensure they maintain and renew any necessary visas or permits for employment eligibility.
- Professional Registration: If applicable, candidates must present their professional registration information if the role is subject to regulation.
- Onboarding Medical: The successful candidate will undergo a medical examination as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with Colombian legislation.
