Descripción del empleo

Buscamos a nuestro próximo Team Leader para el equipo de Ventas Telefónicas Outbound , tus responsabilidades serán:

Planificar, dirigir y evaluar las operaciones diarias a través de la herramienta CRM HubSpot, garantizando el cumplimiento de los procesos internos, revisión del pipeline y negocios creados por cada consultor. Planeación semanal del forecast del equipo a cargo. Seguimiento diario sobre las actividades comerciales de cada consultor (llamadas, negocios, etc) Diagnosticar y entrenar a los consultores para que cumplan los procesos comerciales y sus metas. Certificar y asegurar que el equipo comercial utilice las herramientas comerciales durante todo el proceso.  Elaborar informes de ventas de acuerdo con solicitud del jefe inmediato y jefe indirecto, manejando los principales “KPI´s” del mes y Q en curso. Apoyar el desarrollo e implementación de nuevas estrategias de ventas cumplimiento de los cierres mensuales en tiempo y forma conforme al proceso definido. Adherirse al cumplimiento de las políticas, procesos y lineamientos definidos
 

Requisitos

Experiencia liderando equipos de venta telefónica (Indispensable base fría). Manejo de Equipos de alto rendimiento con resultados comprobables. Experiencia diagnosticando y entrenando a fuerzas de ventas para que cumplan las metas comerciales. Ser un/a experto en ventas, especialmente por teléfono y a través de videollamada a nivel B2C. Experiencia en Industrias de Tecnología, SaaS, Financiera y/o Salud. Manejo de CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, u otro. (Indispensable) Manejo de VoIP (Aircall) Experiencia en Startup un plus Deseable conocer metodología de venta consultiva o SPIN Debes vivir en la Ciudad de Bogota ya que el esquema de trabajo es presencial
