Position Overview:

The Sales Support/Takeoffs position is designed to assist the sales team by managing email and message communication, handling basic inquiries, and performing takeoffs from residential and small commercial architectural plans. This role is vital for ensuring that sales personnel can focus on closing deals while administrative and technical tasks are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication Management:

  • Handle email and message communication for the sales team.
  • Answer basic inquiries to allow salespeople to concentrate on closing deals.

Takeoffs:

  • Perform quantities takeoffs from residential and small commercial architectural plans.
  • Learn and utilize takeoff software with provided training.

Support and Coordination:

  • Assist with various administrative tasks to support sales operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Basic proficiency in English for effective communication.
  • Experience or willingness to learn takeoffs from architectural plans.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for managing communication.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in takeoffs or construction.
  • Familiarity with sales support roles.
