Role Overview

This is a remote position with a focus on driving growth for BruntWork's e-learning startup. As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in managing and nurturing leads, supporting the sales process, and helping to expand the company's reach. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your sales skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing to a mission that changes lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture sales leads using HubSpot CRM, ensuring no opportunity is missed
  • Conduct timely and effective follow-ups with potential customers and interested individuals
  • Support the founder in moving deals forward and setting up key appointments
  • Generate insightful reports from sales data to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts for maximum impact
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of sales materials and presentations
  • Implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates and overall sales performance

Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or lead management
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
  • Excellent communication skills with a talent for building relationships
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Basic understanding of the tech education industry (preferred but not required)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics
  • Enthusiasm for technology and education, with a passion for helping others succeed
