What you’ll do as a Technical support Associate?

Collaborate with different companies from Latin America Provide excellent Technical Support Work with confidential information, while treating it sensitevely
Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.

Requisitos

Who are you?

An English speaker (B2) level 80% and Portuguese (C1) level 90%, who’s empathetic, responsible, and proactive. A good listener who likes helping others to resolve issues on the first interaction. Minimum 2 years of experience as a customer service, IT, Web Tech Support or similar role.
