, we're looking for a
Customer Service & Dispatch Specialist
with a strong logistics mindset to coordinate deliveries, manage dispatch operations, and ensure an excellent post-sale customer experience.


What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate dispatch operations, freight shipments (FTL), and store-to-store transfers.
  • Manage picking lists and receiving reports for assigned stores.
  • Communicate with carriers to request documentation, schedule pickups, and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Track shipments and notify warehouses of carrier ETAs.
  • Support customers post-delivery by resolving claims, complaints, and logistics-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Logistics, Sales, Accounting, IT, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in
    Logistics, Dispatch, Transportation, or Supply Chain operations.
  • Academic background in
    Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business
    , or related fields.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel
    and familiarity with operational systems (dispatch or logistics tools is a plus).
