Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Bogotá team. This full-time, on-site position focuses on engaging prospective clients, understanding their health goals, and guiding them through the decision-making process toward personalized stem cell treatment plans.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and skilled closer — someone who knows how to combine empathy with persuasive expertise to help clients feel comfortable and supported as they make an important health investment. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring that each interaction reflects Stemwell's values of trust, care, and scientific credibility.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, contact, and engage potential clients interested in regenerative medicine and stem cell treatments.
Build trusting relationships by providing personalized, knowledgeable, and empathetic consultations.
Effectively manage the full sales process, following up with leads and advancing them to closure.
Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate client and activity records using CRM platforms.
Keep up to date on industry trends, treatment developments, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications
Proven success in sales and deal closing, preferably within healthcare, medical services, or biotech industries.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and inspire confidence.
Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Availability to work on-site in Bogotá, D.C., and travel occasionally for client meetings or events.
