Sutton Funding is a U.S.-based financial services company with over 12 years of experience specializing in business financing solutions. We help small and medium-sized businesses across the United States access fast, flexible capital to grow and scale their operations.

Role Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and closing U.S.-based business owners who are seeking working capital solutions. This is a high-volume outbound sales role, ideal for professionals who are confident on the phone, goal-oriented, and motivated by commissions.

Key Responsibilities
Perform high-volume cold calling to U.S. merchants
Qualify business owners for Merchant Cash Advance and financing products
Manage and update leads using CRM systems
Present funding options clearly and persuasively
Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience with financial services is a strong plus
Candidates Must Have
English level C1 or higher (spoken and written)
Cold calling experience (mandatory)
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Salary & Compensation
Base pay: USD $1,000 per month
Attractive commission structure based on performance (tiers up to 30%)
Independent Contractor agreement

High performers can significantly increase their earnings through commissions

Work Conditions
On-site position at World Trade Center, Bogotá
Monday to Friday schedule
No weekends
