About the Company

We are one of the fastest-growing DTC brands in the country. With over 2 million customers and more than 10 million pairs of underwear sold, we've built a mid 8-figure apparel brand exclusively online in just three years. As we expand into wholesale distribution, we're looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

Scope of the Role

This is a high-performance, commission-driven sales role. Success is measured by one metric: sales. The right candidate will have an unstoppable work ethic, a competitive nature, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through outbound customer outreach (calls, emails, and other methods).
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to new and existing customers, addressing questions and overcoming objections effectively.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM tools.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute sales strategies within assigned accounts.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques.
  • Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and travel to customer accounts for relationship building and merchandising improvements.

  • High Likability: Naturally personable, extroverted, and able to connect easily with strangers.
  • Smart & Resourceful: Able to learn quickly using available resources, including online tools and AI.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and using software and AI tools extensively to maximize efficiency.
  • Previous sales experience with quantifiable achievements is a strong plus, but intrinsic drive and resilience matter most.
