Compensation: $10-$15 per hour (based on experience)

Are you an organized, proactive professional who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly - and adding a creative touch when needed?

We're seeking a Marketing & Administrative Assistant to directly support the CEO and Owner of Beyond the Box and its related brands. This remote role combines executive administrative support with light marketing coordination, helping streamline communications, organize workflows, and keep multiple brands moving forward efficiently.

About the Role

As the Marketing & Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in the daily operations of our growing companies in the kitchen and bath design industry. You'll assist with managing emails, meetings, reports, and follow-ups while maintaining smooth systems and clear communication across teams.

While your primary focus will be on administrative and executive support, you'll also help with marketing coordination - organizing media content, supporting social media posts, and tracking campaign results.

What You'll Do

Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, organize and documentmeetings, prepare agendas, and draft follow-ups.
  • Keep company files organized and updated in Microsoft 365, Teams, and shared drives.
  • Help document and maintain SOPs, templates, and internal communication systems.
  • Support logistics for virtual and in-person events and meetings.

Marketing Coordination

  • Capture, tag, and organize photo/video content from design teams.
  • Assist with scheduling and formatting posts in Meta Business Suite, Houzz, and Pinterest.
  • Coordinate with marketing vendors and assist with deliverables.
  • Prepare basic reports on marketing performance (leads, engagement, ROI).
  • Help track and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta).

Reporting & Project Tracking

  • Maintain CRM data and help create summary dashboards in HubSpot or FlowForms.
  • Track project progress in Asana or Teams and support project documentation.
  • Help organize testimonials, press mentions, and internal marketing materials.
Who You Are
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or marketing support roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in remote work environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Comfortable with social media management, CRM tracking, and basic analytics.
  • Familiarity with Canva (Adobe experience is a plus).
