Digital Ads & Creative Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)

About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Ads & Creative Assistant to help scale our internal ad campaigns for the chiropractic and healthcare niche. You'll craft compelling ad copy and visuals, launch and optimize Meta campaigns, and help build high-converting funnels that drive measurable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Create 3+ new Meta ads weekly (copy + image or short-form video)
  • Repurpose top-performing creatives into fresh variations
  • Build and monitor Meta campaigns (ABO/CBO, testing frameworks)
  • Track ad metrics daily (CTR, CPM, CPL, ROAS) and suggest improvements
  • Design scroll-stopping graphics in Canva
  • Build and optimize landing pages in HighLevel or ClickFunnels
  • Maintain organized content folders and reports
  • Collaborate with the CMO and support client ad projects as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Strong direct-response copywriting and ad messaging skills
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
  • Basic data literacy (know your CTRs, CPLs, and what to do with them)
  • Experience with Canva and creative design for ads
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
  • Team player who communicates clearly and meets deadlines
  • (Bonus) Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
