We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial roofing - including installations, repairs, replacements, and maintenance - using premium materials and craftsmanship.

As a trusted, community-focused company, we take pride in our reliability, customer service, and long-term relationships.

We're now looking for a Remote Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our operations team and help keep our workflow organized as we continue to grow.

What You'll Do

As our VA, you will support daily administrative operations, including:

  • Managing emails, organizing the inbox, and helping with customer communication
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments, estimates, and team calendars
  • Assisting with data entry, customer records, and project tracking spreadsheets
  • Preparing and organizing digital files, quotes, PDFs, and internal documents
  • Supporting customer follow-ups and simple coordination tasks
  • Performing basic research (materials, suppliers, pricing, etc.)
  • Helping the team stay organized and maintaining smooth administrative processes
What We're Looking For
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • English reading/writing ability is helpful but not required
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Independent, reliable, and consistent with remote work
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Prior admin/VA experience is a plus but not required
