OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support daily operations across business development, marketing execution, and project coordination. This role blends administrative responsibilities with hands-on support in LinkedIn lead generation, content execution, and community management.

Key ResponsibilitiesLinkedIn Management & Lead Generation
- Manage and maintain LinkedIn profiles used for outreach and business development.
- Monitor and respond to inbound messages across multiple profiles with accuracy and professionalism.
- Support lead-generation workflows, including message sequencing and follow-up logic.
- Assist with community management, responding to comments and messages while maintaining brand tone.
- Support content preparation: organizing assets, uploading posts, coordinating approvals, and ensuring accuracy.
- Help execute social-media calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and other team members to keep deliverables moving.
- Assist with project management by tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Keep internal dashboards, trackers, and CRM records organized and updated.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and status updates as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to leadership (scheduling, research, follow-ups, documentation).
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative roles, community management, marketing, or similar.
- Strong written communication skills in English and Spanish .
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive), project management tools, and CRM-style platforms.
- Ability to follow established processes and maintain thorough documentation.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for list building, segmentation, and outreach.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer).
- Experience supporting remote teams.
- Someone reliable, fast, and resourceful.
- A team player who can take direction but also work independently.
- A proactive problem-solver comfortable managing multiple conversations and projects simultaneously.
- Someone with a great attitude, discretion, and strong sense of ownership.
