We are searching for a
hands-on Marketing Operations Specialist
— someone who doesn't just manage people, but actually
builds, executes, and optimizes full end-to-end marketing campaigns
.

What You'll Do

  • Build and launch
    multi-channel marketing campaigns
    (email, nurture flows, webinars, events, digital).
  • Own and manage
    marketing automation workflows
    end-to-end.
  • Create audience segmentation, scoring models, routing logic, and UTM tracking.
  • Ensure smooth data flow between the marketing automation system and CRM.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with demand gen, sales, content, and web teams to execute cohesive campaigns.
  • Maintain clean data, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure.

Experience with
any major marketing automation platform
is valuable, including:

  • Marketo
  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Eloqua
  • ActiveCampaign
  • Zoho Campaigns
  • or similar.

What matters most is
hands-on campaign-building experience
, not just having the tool listed on your resume.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in
    marketing operations or campaign execution
    .
  • Demonstrated ability to build campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks).
  • Familiarity with data tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit).
  • Background in SaaS or B2B marketing.
