Role Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to take ownership of auditing all core team activities and ensure all current team members are meeting Guaranteed Estimates' quality standards.

This role replaces the audit work currently done by management, allowing them to focus on performance and booking appointments, while you ensure integrity, accuracy, and consistency across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Daily Audits

  • Complete between audits per day across all categories
  • Have high expectations and ensure the integrity of the audit process is upheld fairly
  • Escalate repeated issues, suspicious behavior, or data concerns promptly.

Identify Trends & Provide Insights

  • Deliver a concise weekly report highlighting key wins, misses, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Leadership to identify improvements and audit consistency.

Support Coaching & Calibration

  • Participate in weekly QA calibration meetings with Leadership
  • Share real examples of great and poor work for coaching.
  • Review new team members work during onboarding to ensure early alignment.

Maintain System Integrity

  • Suggest improvements to the QA process and audit forms.
  • Monitor lead data quality and CRM accuracy (statuses, duplicates, etc.).
  • Flag strong calls for the training library.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • Excellent written communication and note-taking skills.
  • Confidence in providing constructive, unbiased feedback.
  • Proven reliability and independence.
