International Logistics Coordinator
with strong knowledge of
Incoterms
and an academic background in logistics or related fields.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with global partners, enhance your analytical and communication skills, and contribute directly to international supply chain operations.


What You Will Do

  • Coordinate international logistics operations, ensuring compliance with Incoterms and global trade standards.
  • Track and monitor international shipments across air, ocean, and ground.
  • Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and clients to support end-to-end logistics processes.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for customs, international transport, and cargo handling.
  • Report shipment status, delays, risks, and operational updates.
  • Support problem resolution and ensure smooth, timely delivery of goods.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.


What We're Looking For (Mandatory)

  • Bachelor's degree or current studies in:
  • Logistics, Business Administration, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms
    and international trade concepts.
  • 1+ year of experience in logistics, international trade, supply chain, or similar roles (preferred but not required).
  • English proficiency (B2-C1).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and handle time-sensitive tasks.
