Join a growing IT staffing company that operates across both IT and non-IT sectors with a significant presence in medical staffing. This established organization works with clients nationwide and maintains a dynamic team of business development leaders driving expansion and client relationships.

You'll step into a strategic support role that goes far beyond traditional administrative work. Working directly alongside two senior business development leaders, you'll become their strategic partner in driving client engagement, managing key relationships, and executing high-impact initiatives. This role offers the perfect blend of creative strategy and hands-on execution, where your ideas and proactive approach will directly influence business growth and client satisfaction.

Job Highlights

Hourly Rate:
The equivalent of $14.00 USD per hour in the applicant's local currency

Number of Paid Hours Per Week:
40 hours per week

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with one hour of unpaid break

Work Arrangement:
Work from home

Contract:
Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client engagement processes and coordinate contract renewal initiatives
  • Create compelling presentations and client-facing materials that drive business outcomes
  • Conduct intake calls with prospective clients and gather critical business intelligence
  • Design and execute bulk email campaigns for client outreach and engagement
  • Participate in client calls to capture detailed notes and ensure seamless follow-through
  • Organize and coordinate complex activities across multiple business development initiatives
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and client engagement enhancements
  • Learn company systems and processes to operate independently with minimal oversight
  • Generate creative ideas for client engagement strategies based on industry best practices
  • Support strategic planning and execution of business development goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development support, client-facing roles, or professional services
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities with demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional client interactions
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives working independently without constant supervision
  • Experience creating presentations and managing client engagement processes
  • Ability to adapt communication style to work effectively with different personality types
  • Bonus if you have experience in staffing, recruiting, or professional services industries
  • It helps if you've worked in fast-paced environments where initiative and creativity are valued
