About the Role

We're expanding our Sales Development Representative Network, seeking independent professionals with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to help us grow our U.S. client base.

This isn't a typical sales job — it's a long-term partnership model.

You'll collaborate directly with our leadership team, introduce Daleon Group to new firms, and earn significant rewards for each successful placement.

Your Impact

Identify and connect with law firms or businesses hiring remote legal or administrative staff.

Present Daleon's service model and coordinate introductory meetings.

Support client negotiations or directly close deals (depending on your profile).

Partner with our operations team to ensure smooth onboarding after each closure.

Two Collaboration Paths


Lead Connector
– You introduce interested clients; Daleon closes the deal.


Business Closer
– You lead the business conversation and finalize the agreement with our support.
