Job Description: You'll be the driving force behind strategic business development for a growing agency, conducting targeted outreach campaigns that directly fuel their expansion. This isn't just list-building – you'll own the entire front-end of their sales funnel, connecting with decision-makers across three distinct business verticals and setting up qualified appointments that convert into real revenue. You'll work in a secure, professional environment with clear processes while having the autonomy to build lasting relationships with prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute direct outreach campaigns targeting three specific business segments to generate qualified leads
  • Conduct B2B appointment setting activities that feed directly into the agency's sales pipeline
  • Manage prospect relationships through Gmail and CRM systems with full tracking and follow-up protocols
  • Perform strategic lead qualification to ensure high-quality handoffs to the sales team
  • Build and maintain organized prospect lists while executing systematic outreach sequences
  • Collaborate directly with agency leadership to optimize messaging and conversion strategies
  • Work within secure virtual environment protocols to maintain client confidentiality and data protection
  • Track and report on outreach metrics to improve campaign performance continuously
Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales and appointment setting with measurable results
  • Strong communication skills for direct business outreach and relationship building
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and email management platforms
  • Ability to work full-time during GMT business hours with reliable internet and workspace setup
  • Comfortable operating in secure virtual work environments with strict NDA compliance
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently while maintaining regular team communication
  • Bonus if you have experience in marketing or agency environments
