We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 
Social Media Agent to join our team in Bogota.
This role is key to engaging audiences, promoting brand awareness, and supporting digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor engagement metrics and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Track performance analytics and prepare reports to optimize content strategies.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and implement best practices to increase reach and engagement.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a professional tone.
  • Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns and boosting posts when required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently residing in Bogotá and available to work on-site.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • U.S. Visa is a plus. Not mandatory.
