We are looking for a
Social Media Designer
to join our team
. This is an On-site position at our Bogotá Office
.

WHAT WE NEED

  • Social Media Design & Branding:
    Design engaging static and animated content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest and Develop brand-consistent visuals that align with our clients' identities and marketing goals.
  • Motion Graphics & Video Editing:
    Create custom animations that enhance social media storytelling and Edit short-form videos and apply motion design techniques to boost engagement.
  • Content Adaptation & Optimization:
    Ensure assets are optimized for each platform's specifications and trends and Maintain visual consistency across campaigns and ensure a high level of file organization.
  • Design
    social media grids
    , including sourcing stock photography, designing custom graphics, and leveraging social media best that captures the essence of our clients' multicultural audiences.
  • Edit photos and videos as needed
  • Design pieces outside social media as needed
  • Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with art directors, copywriters, and marketing teams to align creative vision and stay updated on trends in motion graphics, digital marketing, and social media engagement strategies.

Requirements

Experience: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field with
+3 years
of
experience in graphic design, social media content, motion graphics, and video editing.

Technical Skills: Strong Visual Design Skills, with a solid experience with design tools of
Adobe Creative Suite:

  • After Effects (custom motion graphics & animation)
  • Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Premiere Pro (basic video editing)
  • Understanding of
    social media marketing and content trends.

Creativity:
Ability to develop innovative visual concepts and effectively solve design and animation challenges.

Adaptability:
Flexibility to work across diverse projects and quickly adapt to new challenges

Intermediate to advanced level of English

Portfolio is mandatory – Applications without relevant motion/graphic design samples will not be considered.

Candidates without strong graphic design skills will not be considered.
