Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Bogota, D.C. The individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach. Daily responsibilities include managing and optimizing social media platforms, creating and curating content, developing comprehensive content strategies, and coordinating campaigns. Additionally, the Social Media Manager will analyze performance metrics and collaborate with teams to ensure consistency and impact across platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and managing social media platforms
  • Strong Communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
  • Experience in Content Strategy and crafting compelling narratives
  • Proficiency in Writing high-quality, engaging social media content
  • Analytical mindset to measure performance and adjust strategies
  • Creativity and adaptability to align with evolving social trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms is a plus
