buscamos un/a
Social Media & Creative Manager
con fuerte criterio creativo y enfoque práctico, que lidere el equipo de contenido y diseño, gestione marcas en redes sociales y participe activamente en procesos creativos y reuniones con clientes.
Este rol combina creatividad, social media, liderazgo y ejecución. No es un rol únicamente operativo ni únicamente conceptual.
Responsabilidades:
– Liderar al equipo de de contenido y diseño.
– Construir y supervisar parrillas de contenido para redes sociales.
– Asegurar la calidad creativa de piezas gráficas y audiovisuales.
– Participar en reuniones con clientes y apoyar la presentación de propuestas creativas.
– Acompañar grabaciones, creación de contenido y ejecución cuando sea necesario.
– Gestionar directamente algunas marcas asignadas.
– Proponer ideas y conceptos creativos para campañas de marca.
Requisitos:
– Experiencia en Social Media y Creación de Contenido.
– Buen criterio creativo (visual y conceptual).
– Capacidad de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
– Experiencia trabajando con marcas y clientes.
– Actitud hands-on y disposición para ejecutar.
– No es un rol sólo estratégico.
PLUS:
– Experiencia en Agencias.
– Experiencia en video y formatos para redes sociales.
– Comodidad frente a cámara (no excluyente).
