Job Description: You'll bridge the critical gap between social media engagement and revenue generation for a thriving spiritual education business. This role combines your social media expertise with marketing funnel mastery, giving you the opportunity to directly impact business growth while working with content that inspires personal transformation. You'll collaborate closely with a creative entrepreneur who values strategic thinking and organization, providing you the autonomy to implement systems that convert followers into meaningful client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement marketing funnels that convert social media followers into paying customers
  • Create and manage automated sequences using Manychat and similar funnel-building platforms
  • Edit video content using accessible tools like CapCut for social media and podcast promotion
  • Provide strategic organizational support to keep marketing campaigns on track from conception to completion
  • Write compelling sales funnel copy and design complete conversion sequences
  • Manage social media content scheduling and engagement strategies focused on lead generation
  • Collaborate on podcast content optimization and promotion using Riverside platform
  • Guide business owner to maintain focus on priority initiatives and prevent project scope creep

Requirements
  • Proven experience with social media marketing and funnel creation
  • Proficiency with Manychat for automated marketing sequences
  • Video editing skills using user-friendly tools like CapCut (Adobe/Photoshop experience not required)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience with sales funnel writing and strategy
  • Open-minded attitude toward spiritual/wellness industries (shamanism, paganism)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to provide strategic guidance to business owner
