Logistics Team Leader

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing end-to-end team operations, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, managing attendance and schedules, and supporting employee performance through training, coaching, and feedback. The team member requires proactive management, handling escalations, and maintaining clear communication with POCs, customers, and leadership. It also involves monitoring compliance and ensuring proper execution of policies that reinforce culture and productivity. By coordinating resources, facilitating meetings, and providing timely updates, the Team Leader plays a key part in fostering an efficient work environment, supporting the GS team members, and sustaining strong operational performance.

  1. Responsibilities are as follows and not limited to

  2. Schedule and host kickoff calls.

  3. Coordinate IT setup (including workstation).
  4. Assign and oversee buddy program.
  5. Manage Microsoft Shifts, including schedule adjustments.
  6. Process permission requests, absences, and lunch breaks.
  7. Create coverage action plans when needed.
  8. Receive and manage notifications from POCs about performance issues and escalations.
  9. Manage overtime according to operational needs.
  10. Conduct team meetings.
  11. Conduct Feedback sessions and manage GAFs when needed.
  12. Execute strike policy.
  13. Coordinate operational training and advise POCs of additional needs.
  14. Arrange complementary LSG training if needed.
  15. Maintain active communication with all the parties involved.
  16. Provide coaching (including working with POCs and reinforcing culture).
  17. Review and manage the Crane Assigned Training report.
  18. Handle POC communication and requests.
